This page describes the cookies and similar browser storage used by marcwajsberg.com. We deliberately keep their use limited and update this inventory when the technical setup changes.

1. What are cookies and local storage?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device through your browser. Local storage works similarly but is managed separately by the browser and has no automatic expiry date. Either may be necessary for a function or, with consent, used for analytics or advertising.

2. What does this website currently use?

Name Type and provider Purpose Retention
mw-consent-v2-en Local storage, marcwajsberg.com Remembers your choice for necessary, analytics, and advertising technologies, including the preference version and time of choice. Until you replace the choice or clear your browser data.

At the date of the latest update, the website loads no active Google Analytics tag, advertising pixel, or social-media tracker. The preference interface is prepared for analytics and advertising categories, but choosing those categories does not currently activate such external technology.

Fonts and other visual assets are served from the website’s own domain. This means there is no separate connection to Google Fonts.

3. Forms and Netlify

The commercial intake is processed with Netlify Forms. A form submission is not a cookie and does not require consent for marketing cookies. Netlify receives the information you enter and applies technical security and spam checks to process it. See our privacy policy and Netlify’s form-submission documentation (opent in een nieuw tabblad) for more information.

4. Necessary, analytics, and advertising

  • Necessary: storage required to operate the site securely or remember your privacy choice. This category is always active.
  • Analytics: technology that can measure aggregated use of the website. This category will only activate with your consent if we add an analytics service later.
  • Advertising: technology for advertising measurement or personalisation. This category will only activate with your consent if we add such a service later.

If we add analytics or advertising technology, we will update this page with the provider, purpose, and retention period before or when that technology becomes active.

5. How do you change your choice?

Use the Reset cookie preference button on this page. Your saved choice will be removed and you will return to the English homepage, where the preference panel appears again.

You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser’s privacy or website-data settings. Blocking necessary browser storage may mean the website cannot remember your choice.

When you follow an external link, that other website may use its own cookies or storage. Review that website’s policy; we do not control its technology.

7. Changes and contact

We update this information when the website adds or removes technology. The date at the top shows the latest version.
